THE STUDIO & ITS PRODUCTS
What do you sell?
Digital papers, printable kits, ephemera, coloring pages and more — plus a monthly members' drop. Everything is a digital download you print and make with yourself; there's nothing physical.
Will I receive anything in the mail?
No — all products are digital downloads only. Nothing physical is shipped. You download your files and print them at home or at a print shop.
Right now it's mostly papers — will there be other crafts?
Yes, over time. The studio follows whatever it's obsessed with each month, so future drops may bring coloring pages, celtic and mandala art, patterns, and more. Digital papers are what's in the shop today — the rest arrives through the monthly drops.
DOWNLOADS & PRINTING
How do I receive my files?
Instantly. As soon as your purchase is complete, your files are delivered as a download through Ko-fi, where you bought them — and you can grab them again anytime from your Ko-fi account.
What format and size are the papers?
High-resolution PNG files, 12 × 12 inches at 300 DPI — made to print crisp and clean at home or at a print shop. (Exact contents and counts are listed on each product.)
Can I print these at home?
Absolutely — a home printer, a local print shop, or an online printing service all work beautifully. They're designed for everyday makers, not fancy equipment.
Will the colors print exactly like they look on screen?
Not always. Colors can vary a little depending on your screen, your printer, and your paper — a small shift is normal and part of the handmade-at-home charm.
I'm having trouble downloading — help?
No problem at all. Send me a message and I'll make sure you get the files you paid for.
THE MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP
How does the membership work?
There are three tiers on Ko-fi — Bits & Bobs ($4), Paper & Plenty ($14), and Page & Parcel ($25). Each month, that month's drop lands for members automatically. You can join, change tiers, or cancel anytime.
What will each month's drop actually be?
Whatever the studio fell in love with that month. Some months it's a full junk-journal kit; some months it's coloring pages or a cozy make. No two months are promised the same — following the surprise is the whole idea.
USING THE FILES, REFUNDS & GETTING IN TOUCH
What can I use the files for?
They're for your personal use unless a listing says otherwise — make journals, cards, art, gifts, all you like. Please don't resell, share, copy, or redistribute the files themselves. Curious about commercial use? Just ask.
Do you offer refunds?
Because everything is an instant digital download, all sales are final. But if something's genuinely wrong with a file, message me — I'll always help make it right.
Do you take custom orders or commissions?
Not at the moment — the studio runs on monthly drops and ready-made kits rather than custom work. It keeps the magic flowing and the surprises coming.
What's the best way to reach you?
A message on Ko-fi is the quickest way to reach me. I read everything, even if a reply takes a day or two.
